Vision and Mission
We are all about inspired planning and giving.
We are inspired by our faith … planning for wise stewardship of all that God has given us … and giving because we’re called to be gracious and generous.
As The Catholic Foundation of Northern Colorado, we help individuals and families glorify God through their financial support of the missions and ministries they care about most.
Vision
To inspire and facilitate financial planning and giving that promotes the Gospel, transforms lives and glorifies God.
Mission
We are called by Jesus Christ to:
- Promote the mission of the Church in northern Colorado by encouraging financial stewardship.
- Faithfully steward and distribute funds entrusted to the Foundation.
- Cooperate with parishes and other Catholic organizations to develop additional resources and support.
Overview
The Catholic Foundation of Northern Colorado was established in 1998 as a framework for current and deferred major gifts and endowments to Catholic organizations.
True to our name, we primarily help provide for the long-term financial support of ministries and parishes within the Archdiocese of Denver, which covers the northern half of our state.
Specifically, the Foundation serves Catholic missions and ministries located within the following Colorado counties: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Eagle, Garfield, Gilpin, Grand, Jackson, Jefferson, Larimer, Logan, Moffatt, Morgan, Phillips, Pitkin, Rio Blanco, Routt, Sedgewick, Summit, Washington, Weld and Yuma.
While the Foundation is legally distinct from the Archdiocese of Denver, we are of like mind and spirit in advancing the mission of the Church. Donors may also direct their gifts through the Foundation to other worthy organizations.
