Mr. Laber has a long-standing presence in our northern Colorado Catholic community. A retired audit partner with Arthur Andersen after nearly 33 years, Mr. Laber serves on the boards of Regis Jesuit High School, Catholic Charities, the University of South Dakota Foundation and the finance council of the Church of the Risen Christ parish. Mr. Laber is also a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchere, and the University Hills Rotary club. He is a past member and chair of the Finance Council of the Archdiocese of Denver. A graduate of the University of South Dakota, Mr. Laber brings a passion for the work of the Church along with extensive business and non-profit experience. Mr. Laber has been married to his wife Alice for 42 years and is the proud father of five and grandfather of eight.

Mary Morroni

Mrs. Morroni served the Foundation in various capacities since July of 2002 and was appointed VP and COO of the Foundation in January of 2005. Prior to her current position, Mrs. Morroni was the Foundation's Executive Director of Operations with responsibility for planning and directing the Foundation's internal operational policies, objectives and initiatives; developing the grant application policies and procedures and administering the Foundation's Donor Advised, Endowment and Agency Funds. Mrs. Morroni has demonstrated success in Foundation management and a broad knowledge of Foundation management and systems. Mrs. Morroni is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and the University of Denver College of Law.

Mark G. Bauman

Mr. Bauman is the retired president and chief operating officer of Starz Encore Group, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Liberty Media Corporation, founded in 1991. Mr. Bauman is active in numerous community organizations. He is a board member of the Augustine Institute and the Congo Relief Mission, and a former board member of the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Colorado, Cable Positive and the Women in Cable & Telecommunications Foundation. Mr. Bauman is a graduate of Regis College with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business. He and his wife Nancy live in Englewood, Colorado with their three children.
